Brandon has been working in Real Estate Development for over 11 years. He was the Vice President of Hawkeye Investments II, LLC for 6 years and Co-Founded MB Development Company in 2018. Brandon has entitled approximately 1,200 residential units and 100,000 SF of commercial space along California's Southern and Central Coast.
As a Principal, Brandon managed the entire development process, working closely with city staff, officials, project consultants and local communities to re-zone, entitle, and develop projects totaling approximately $700M in value. Brandon helped foster strong relationships with financial & equity partners, totaling close to $75M.
