Adam brings 10 years of real estate experience to FOCAL, having started his career as an Associate in retail investment sales at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services. He went on to spend 4+ years as Senior Property Manager at Redcar Properties, overseeing operations for over 45 properties across various stages of the development lifecycle, supporting acquisitions, development, and stabilized operations across office, retail, and mixed-use asset classes.

Beyond his institutional experience, Adam has consulted for family offices and completed his own residential development projects, giving him a well-rounded perspective across acquisitions, dispositions, construction management, and advisory roles in real estate.
